Doorway Web Co. keeps things simple: we only collect what we need to answer you and do the work you ask for.

What we collect

• What you send through our forms or email: your name, business name, town, website, email, phone and notes.
• When you pay: your name, business name, email and phone. Card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
• Public business information (your website, Google listing, social pages) that we use to build a free preview.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, build your preview or website, send receipts and service emails, and keep records for taxes. If you tell us you're not interested, we stop contacting you.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and forms) and Zoho (email).

Cookies

Our site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud.
